Who We Are
Mt. Greylock Extended Care Facility is a 100-bed rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility located right in the heart of The Berkshires. Our building is set back 200 yards from the road, nestled in a wooded, residential area. We’re less than a quarter of a mile from Berkshire Medical Center and not far from downtown Pittsfield.
Our size is our biggest advantage: We’re large enough to offer you a wide variety of top-quality rehabilitation, nursing, and long-term care services—and small enough to provide you with the kind of attentive care that will make you feel like you’re surrounded by family. We’ve been caring for people in the Pittsfield area since 1987.
We’re locally run and staffed by caring, attentive healthcare professionals. And we’re backed by Berkshire Healthcare, one of the largest, nonprofit, long-term care providers in Massachusetts. That gives us a tremendous advantage: access to an extensive network of top healthcare professionals and other resources to support our programs and services.
